Ideas, Ideas, Ideas!!!

So, along with the long list of other ideas and personal projects i have in mind for the summer and beyond, one of the main ones that has recently been floating around in my head is a comic, but more importantly , a comic based on Alcatraz. After re watching the failed TV series, and the 'Escape from Alcatraz' movie with Clint Eastwood, i have decided that i really want to do this.

I am not sure right now how it will play out, or what it might involve, but i am going to think about it, and maytbe do some designs.

I am also, still working on the Pilot script, ...no worries, it will come at some point.

Animation, Media, Design & Technology

My primary focus is to obviously end up somewhere in the animation field, but i do have more to this. It was once suggested to me to make sure i am very knowledgeable in all aspects of media, design and technology. that is what i am going to try and do, it will take time, but hopefully as time goes on i can keep adding and building on what i am capable of, this would be the logical explanation for going into Video Game Modding, and getting back into Website Design at the Ad Agency, and also wanting to gain more knowledge of the programming languages. The podcast is another branch of all this, it deals with multimedia and creativity, and it just seemed like a logical thing for me to do, and a way to have fun and be adventurous.

There is plenty more out there that goes beyond all the stuff i have mentioned, and plenty i plan to explore. I am still working on web content and a Pilot script, and i have long wanted to create a Flash game, just some thing simple and easy. I mentioned before that this career path has taken me into certain areas i never thought i would go.

So, once again some links i thought were cool, and also they involve stuff i am interested in or trying to start doing. The first is the LEGO website, who doesn't like LEGO? ... with this stop-motion stuff i am trying to do, LEGO is a possible way to go. The 2nd is a link to a company that builds playgrounds, ...might seem weird ...but not to me, its a creative endeavor, and i would bet they create these things in some sort of 3D environment to see how it will look.  The 3rd is a interesting blog from the Ubisoft website, talking about dialogue, which is very tricky to write believably. The 4th and 5th links are both related to video game modding, which was recently suggested to me, and it has been floating around in my mind since then, i am in the process of doing the necessary research.
